Is a K3 visa request helpful 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ I am so new to this… and confused 🫤
I am a USC in Houston. My husband was sent back to Australia (not deported) but visa expired. So, he has been there since November 2023 and I’m in US. I just came across the K3 visa. Do you think it would hurt or help (speed up or slow down) our process? TY🥰

NVC returned petition to USCIS for administrative review. I am doing AOS!!
my i130 was approved and sent to NVC as I was initially going to apply for GC from out of states. I moved to USA under student visa and decided to do AOS instead. my i485 is pending and apparently at local field office. I just got a motivation from NVC "Your petition has been returned to USCIS for administrative action and is no longer at the NVC."
I contacted USCIS and they said "The Department of State has requested that US C IS review your case. Once that review is complete, you will not receive a new approval notice. However, you will receive notification of the status of your case and the status will be updated in our case status online tool. Please allow at a minimum of 1 8 0 days from the date case status online indicates U SCIS received your case back from the State Department to inquire further."
My i485 has been pending since January 2024. now I'm worried that because I didn't contact NVC to say I am doing it under USCUS that they are terminating my case and it is going to prolong my whole visa process!
can I do anything in the mean time? I reached out to NVC they said contact USCIS. and USCIS said wait 180days. I'm confused what is going on!

I-130 approved, removal proceedings dismissal
hello friends,
• My removal proceedings have been administratively closed for over a year now.
• Two months ago, I got my I-130 approved but uscis closed my I-485 petition admistratively bc my case is still in court and not properly dismissed yet. I would like to know the next step of action.
I’ve been told multiple things by different attorneys, but I need someone’s experience to move forward. is the next step requesting dismissal of the removal proceedings from court or is it asking to recalendar hearing and then dismissing the case at the hearing? pls share your opinions and experiences, thank you!!!

I’m in tears. tears of joy. my waiting is over. 7 years in the United States been through a lot those years. I met my husband June 2023 we got married September 2023 filed my paperwork i130 October 2023 and i485 march 2024. now I got approved without interview… I cried many nights ask god when but god never leave my tears unanswered. my days of worrying is over. I can finally go see my family. I’m so sorry for those who have been waiting longer just keep fighting and praying thank god for what he is about to do. don’t question god because his timing is right. I pray for everyone success. thanks to everyone on this app that help give me faith and guidance yall are amazing people. I won’t delete this app im still gonna be here to watch yall and celebrate with yall when it’s yall time.

For F3 categori, the person who has kept immigration file, how many year's he can stay out of USA.
My father has processed my documents under F3 categori but he is out of USA from last 11 years and he has not visited single time to USA.
Dose it effects the file process ???
If he will be in USA when priority date come near, is that ok ???
