Hello, good morning, I hope everyone is well. My case is 5 and a half years old. My lawyer advised me to file a lawsuit against USCIS, but she does not do that work. If anyone of you has information about this issue, please I need help. Can I do it myself, or do I need to hire a lawyer?

I talk with a live agent today and this is what they told me The case for the I-485 was approved on 06-11-2024 and sent to production and will mailed to the address on file within 30 days. So I asked why is there no update on the website and she said The case was just updated this morning, please allow time for the system to catch up.
I’m literally in tears guys please someone tell me if this is real. can I trust that this information is true?

It’s been a Long Journey
We haven’t heard anything since January 2023 other than our RFE was completed in January 19th. it will be one year in August since we filed and our interview has been waived. Case is being filed concurrently and moved to the local field office on April 11th, and haven’t seen any movement.
Feeling lost in the dark and losing hope. Losing faith….
