Can I stop paying the tuition while GC haven’t approved yet ?
My green card application (EB3 skilled) is still pending, but I-765, I-140 and I-131 have been approved. I am currently on a student visa and must maintain active I-20 status by paying tuition. I'm wondering what would happen if I stop paying my tuition. Can I do that?

I did my green card interview today, it went well, after the interview we received a white paper saying held for review,
questions: how long after receiving that paper can in expect a approval
- what’s are your experience after receiving that white paper
- It that something to worry about..
the officer just took us that we will receive a decision in the mail
- the interview officer was very young

have my master calendar hearing in the next few weeks I had wait for about 2 years. Anyone here knows how long is the wait time between the Master Calendar and Final hearing? My lawyer is pretty optimistic about my case but just wondering if anyone was in a similar situation. I’m wringing this from Massachusetts.
Finally!!! Green card was mailed to me today 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Exact 3 years since the beginning of the process. PD Oct 2022. Good luck everyone!

It was a long journey. I believe only a handful of people have waited this long for EB GC approval. It is incredibly stressful to be in such a situation, and it’s not easy to stay calm and stress-free. I experienced it myself. But don't lose hope; if you've made it this far, it's just a matter of time before your case is approved. For those facing long delays, it's okay to feel stressed, but find a way to relieve it daily. In my case, regular exercise helps a lot. Maintain your health, and you will enjoy the moment even more when your approval finally comes.
