My field office is Dallas. Current I485 processing time for Dallas is 41.5 months. Does it really take that much time? My current status is CRP

Dallas FO is my local FO. I don’t know whether my application moved to Dallas FO. I think it’s still with NBC. I am in CRP status for last 3 months
