@Mohamed a alas You are also Canadian…. there are a number of Canadians on here. So it is so frustrating because the US and Canada share information more so then other countries. I sent in a service request for mine. I also contacted a congress person today to see if he can help. I am a social worker and have a job offer. So I really hope this work. Have you submitted a service request yet?
