I 360 approved after I requested extension for EAD
my EAD expired and I requested a new one. so after waiting for 6 months I got a message that the I 360 is approved. when do you guys think I 485 is going to be ready, or what are the next steps?

EAD approved
I was concern because I filled forms in different dates, weird time line, today they approved my EAD,90 days, I was not in a rush cus my current EAD is not close to expire. I wanted to share it, with you guy; also got the notification at 1 pm, I've heard they usually approve stuff or notify early morning but I got mine at 1pm. blessings 🙌

USCIS has published data for the 1Q2024
As of March 2024 there are 108,747 pending F2A cases (I-485 with approved I-130). Out of this number rest of the world pending cases are 76,861. This is significant reduction from Dec 2023 when there was 204,056 pending F2A I-485

my wife and I had the I-130 interview on May 16th and after the interview the officer said we should get feedback within a week or two. but still now no updates yet. please anything I can do? or how long should we expect the reply? the wait is so stressful 😣. any idea will help thanks 🙏

Well my stepfather sent out case to USCIS in June 2 of 2023, his immigration lawyer said that our case time must be 1 year or 1 year and six months. do you think that this will be happen?

I-485 AOS dismissed removal proceedings

- Removal proceedings:
- Married on January 2, 2020.
- Court appearance on January 9, 2020.
- Case dismissed on June 23, 2023.
- I-485 filed in February 2020.
- I-130 approved in February 2021.
- The last update on my I-485 was after my fingerprints were taken.
After my removal proceedings were dismissed, my lawyer sent the remaining documents to the TEXAS SERVICE CENTER.
- TEXAS CSC kept rejecting my packet.
- Finally, on January 30, 2024, my lawyer emailed me saying, "I was able to get an infopass and went there. The I-485 is now lodged. It would take approximately 90 days for them to review and determine whether they will still conduct a marriage interview or not. It is also possible they will request a new medical exam. If they decide not to conduct an interview and instead ask for documents, they will issue the green card."
On May 15, 2024, I submitted an E-request through the USCIS website. They responded, "A review indicates that your removal proceedings have been terminated or dismissed by an Immigration judge. USCIS now has jurisdiction to adjudicate your adjustment of status application. We have requested your file and will resume processing of your application."
On July 10, 2024, I submitted another E-request. The response was, "Your application is currently pending. We regret that we are not able to provide you with a specific timeframe."
I am also very frustrated with my lawyer because she absolutely doesn't care. She does not update me or provide a game plan. I tried reaching out to the district representative, and when I informed my lawyer, she became upset.
I need your help, guys. I am absolutely losing hope.
