GOOD MORNING Ma’am, I am Mensah Aminu, i’m writing to you today with regards to the difficulties and hardship that an average SIJ youth is facing as at today, the trump administration has stripped off the protection of an SIJ beneficiaries from deportation to the country that they fled from because of abuse, neglect or abandonment and the ability to work although a judge stayed the decision but USCIS barely considered granting deferred action to SIJ beneficiaries which makes access to education hard for us in addition to the already existing limbo that we are in , therefore I hereby write to you to please consider raising you voice with regards to the (protect The vulnerable youth Act) which was introduced in June 2025 ,for the us the SIJ youth so that we can easily access education, employment and many opportunities that will help us forget the torture, abuse and neglect we faced from our respective countries. I-131 over 20 months processing
Has anyone else experienced I-131 processing times exceeding 20 months? My case is well beyond normal processing times. I submitted an inquiry but haven’t received any response. At this point, would it make sense to file a writ of mandamus, or are there other steps I should try first? #RTD

Hello,
I had my interview scheduled for mid-January 2026. The interview itself went normally—not particularly good or bad. They conducted a separate stock interview, which lasted about an hour and a half. At the end, the officer informed me that I would receive their decision via email. However, it has now been almost 95 days with no update. Additionally, the status on my application has not changed from "Interview Scheduled" to "We are reviewing your case."
Is there anyone else experiencing a similar delay or status issue? Any insights would be appreciated.

we have applied for bundles premium process on march 16 th is receipt date and h1b is approved on march 24 th and my h4 and h4 ead is (Texas ) transferred to another jurisdiction (nabrask ) and h4 is approved on April 03 and till now no update on h4 ead ??

I wanna understand the processing times of 485. my PD is Sep 2025 and i140 is approved. Since RoW is still current and I wanna understand how much would it take for USCIS to approve or make a decision on AOS? Are AOS cases processed based on their priority dates or if it depends on which FO your 485 is transferred? Any guidance will be much appreciated
