I just asked what’s going on with my case. My state senator raised an inquiry on my behalf on 09/02 so I think USCIS reviewed my file on that day.

@Paan Singh i think that literally just means they opened the file to see the status. I was also told my case was reveiwed on july 10 which is when i raised congressional inquiry too…. no update whatsoever since then… as far as congressional inquiry just got generic response back

I got update today, status changed to RFE sent.
