Hi guys. I have 10-years green card. I applied for I 131 for travel document on February this year and did fingerprint on March. I have already left the US. How long it usually takes to get the card?
I am concerned about that if I don’t enter the US within a year till my travel doc is approved, is it okay? my current green card will not be deactivated? Please advise if anyone has such a situation!! thanks in advance

you only need your valid green card when traveling back to the US

Is it a re-entry permit? if so, you can’t be out until you get the actual approval for longer than 6 months

Don’t do that, when go for citizenship process they will kick you ass,go to embassy ask for boarding foil otherwise you will put yourself at risk
