Why are SIJS cases not being approved lately?
hi, I have seen a lot of EB4 RW being approved lately (I’m happy for my RW) but I’ve noticed SIJS green cards are barely posted with approvals. any idea what’s going on for people pd 2020 to 2022??

my priority September 2021 sijs got RFE in June I already send the RFE but no response yet 97 days now does any one know what’s next ?

i got texas service 40 months processing time pd 2020 june i485 August 2024 24 months i still waiting

I already gave up on mine, pd sep 2022 no RFE just updated biometrics twice. At this point I’ll just continue renewing my EAD and focus on enjoying life.
