I 751 / N400
will I be able to apply for N-400 with I-I751 extension? I have my two years expired green card or do I need to wait for my 10 years green card to be approved in order to apply the N-400? I’m a vawa victim survivor & still living in the USA and I got the 2 years through marriage but sent in the i751 under the vawa waiver. do I need to wait until its approved before sending in N400?
Green Card Production
Is anyone here experiencing delays in green card production? Mine was approved since February and still no updates. Was told by the agent it's at the production but no change in my account status since then. I am from the list of 75 countries. Greatly appreciate any insights you may have. Thanks.
Waiting more than a year and Nothing yet
almost 2 years and not even an update yet. anybody has the same timeline as me? So much has been going on in my life and I feel stuck being here in the US and not being able to travel to my home country. they haven’t even sent my work permit, I can’t even go searching for a job to take care of myself. my patience is running thin. I’ve been in the US 5 years and 4 months. I am tired
