My case i-360 VAWA
Filled in Feb 2020
RFE in 2022 April
RFE submitted in July 2022
Prima Facis started receiving from January 2024
so far 5 Prima Facis received. I have contacted congressman two months ago, no any response from congressman as well.
is there anybody in same situation. please share your experience. any guesses when I can expect updates.

what should I do , because it’s sound I will take another years

I have an Interview the other day and got approved on the next day but only the I1485 got approved. I130 is still on the interview process, Is this normal ?

my parents immigrant visa, I submitted fees and required documents in Nov 2025. still no interview scheduled.

I filed my parents immigrants visa. I am US citizen and I filed i130 for both parents in March 2024. the form I130 approved in September 2025. I submitted all fees and required documents to NVC in October 2025. and documents qualified in November 2025. but so far I have no update or scheduled interview. do anyone have idea about it. my NVC Bombay(India). #i130 #parents #nvc

Our attorney submitted our I290B on the due date and USCIS didn’t receive it until 10/30/26. We finally rec’d a response 5 mths later stating it was denied for timely filing. Our lawyer was sent all the info on time but she kept coming back requesting information. I kept asking if this is going to out on time she said yes. Now she refuses to give us a discount but wants her money for being very disorganized and dishonesty. Now it’s either re-file or submit another reconsideration with proof as to why it was late. btw she was telling us that the law is incorrect it’s when it was mailed not received 😡😡😡

This process has been emotionally exhausting, but through it all, I kept praying. By the mercies of GOD, the approval has finally come.

Good night guys. How yall doing. I was made to understand the USCIS put out a statement saying that regarding application for spouses of Green card holders, that all applications are up to date and they have cleared up all the backlogs. Is there any truth to that? Have been waiting quite sometime now , with no update or approval. still processing. crazy

mi caso es por visa juvenile (SIJS) EB-4 . my PD es feb20,2020 y someti mi caso en marzo 2024 en mayo lo recibieron ellos y en marzo 12,2025 me lo pusieron pending por falta de visas y hasta el momento no hay cambios y no me ha pedido nada … alguien que haya psado lo mismo que ya se lo hayan aprobado que me diga que puedo hacer porfavor ? 😭he visto personas con PD de septiembre,noviembre y diciembre que ya recibieron aprobacion de su green card 🙏…. ya me fruste 😭
