mandamus update
Update on my Mandamus case ⚖️
USCIS, through the Government’s attorneys, requested additional time before filing their response with the court. They asked me to agree to a 60-day extension, but I responded that I am willing to agree to only 30 additional days.
This gives the Government some additional time to review my case and determine what action to take before formally responding to the judge.
For now, we wait. I’ll keep you updated as things move forward. 🙏

It has been more than 3 years and am thinking to expedite my case but I don’t have too much knowledge about this. I contacted the USCIS already and asked them about it but the information was not so much. If someone knows about the process please comment below.

today i got notification for rfe after filing mandamus. deadline for uscis was September 10 and they mailed rfe today. i haven't received the letter yet. what may possibly ask in rfe? and if i respond to rfe quickly how long it will take them to review and approve the case? anyone with mandamus experience?#mandamus

Domestic Travel
Has anyone travelled domestically recently especially into Chicago?? What form of identification did you use. I have not travelled for over 10 years, have my EAD and waiting for VAWA I485 approval and was in removal proceedings but the judge terminated the order and sent it back to USCIS to make a decision. I have my masters degree graduation and want to travel by plane, what do you think?? #VAWA #VAWAI-485
