RFE cancellation
Good evening everyone, is it normal to receive an RFE cancellation notification right after your N-400 interview? I passed the English and Civic test for the Naturalization interview and the officer said my daughter birth certificate that I uploaded was in black and white so for that reason, she going to send my application for review and USCIS will send me a written decision about my application. But I later received a cancellation of RFE about one hour after my interview.
F2A Consular Processing Inquiry/Consulta sobre proceso consular F2A
I would like to ask a question specifically for F2A consular processing cases. From which country are you applying? What is your priority date? Has your case already been approved, or is it still pending?
Quisiera hacer una consulta únicamente para procesos consulares categoría F2A. ¿Desde qué país están realizando el proceso? ¿Cuál es su fecha de prioridad? ¿Su caso ya fue aprobado o aún está pendiente?
Desicion
I completed my interview 4 months ago. My status was showing as “Decision is pending,” but it later went back to “Application is pending,” and there has been no update for a long time. I would like to hear the experiences of others who have gone through the same situation. I also applied for an EAD work permit two weeks ago. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to arrive?

Mini EB‑1A / NIW Profile Audit Available
Hi everyone!
I’ve been analyzing recent EB-1A and NIW case trends on Lawfully and noticed something important: candidates with well-structured recommendation letters and clearly documented judging/membership contributions often have faster approvals and fewer RFEs.
If you’d like a quick personalized case-strength review, I can map your achievements to EB-1A/NIW criteria and highlight your strong areas and potential gaps all before filing.
Just DM me if you want me to run one for your profile. https://wa.me/+16469804143
