I think my marriage is over. Married almost three years. I will be filing alone for the I-751 and have to figure that out
Hy husband and I love each other very much. it is really coming to light that we might not work. We were getting ready to file jointly but I don’t think that will happen now. I now need to figure out how to file on my own. I am so sad and scared about doing this on my own. I just needed to…. talk and don’t have anyone to really talk to at 1:00am. please share any tips to filing I-751 on your own. Thank you 🙏 Sad time for me 🥺😢😫💔

if I’m not mistaking , you need to divorce first once your divorce is finalized then you are going to submit divorce decree to your uscis online account with Whatever evidence you have with your husband and that is going to be a long process I would suggest you to work with a lawyer, good luck and sorry to hear about it
