I am a lpr filed spouse I-130 pd is March 2023. I had their pending employment based AOS pending to mailed transfer underlying basis to link their AOS to I-130 to NBC on June 2026. nothing has moved
I am a lpr filed spouse I-130 pd is March 2023. I had their pending employment based AOS pending to mailed transfer underlying basis to link their AOS to I-130 to NBC on June 2026. nothing has moved since 3.5 years of the I-130 filing. anyone in similar situation? any feedback is greatly appreciated
