we went To court and the immigration judge got our case dismiss and I’m confuse because we first apply for green card base on marriage and we never got any answer since 2023 then we send a letter to withdraw the application then in Mar 2025 immigration send us letter saying they receive our request to withdraw the I-485 application and complete their review then later our lawyer put another request to continue the case then on august 2025 the immigration judge ordered a dismissal so I don’t know if the I-485 got dismissed or the request to continue the case anybody have any idea about that? help please

Question About Violence Against Women Act Petition and Derivative Children Approval
If a woman recently filed her VAWA petition and included her unmarried children under the age of 21, who are currently living in Nigeria from her previous marriage in Nigeria, from which she is now divorced, would including them affect how long it takes for her VAWA case to be approved? Approximately how many years should she expect to wait for a decision? Also, if her VAWA petition is approved, will her children’s cases be automatically approved as derivative beneficiaries, even though they are outside the United States?

EB1-C Waiting over a year after Interview
My EB1-C I-485 has been pending after interview for more than one year, my priority date appears current (July 27, 2021), and USCIS says the case is within processing time. Do you recommend only service requests/congressional inquiry, or is this a reasonable mandamus/APA delay case?
