same here I been waiting for so far 28 moth T based I485 and still pending idk how long more take to approve website telling 43.5 but when I had applied it 29 moth idk which I need to count so stressed

Hello there, 16 months in counting for me. it just says “processing”. I was never sent to do a biometric, my lawyer said they’ve used my previous one.

Hi Nelly, yes, I received my EAD within 2.5 months of submitting my AOS so it was very quick thank God, I waited 16 months for A.P but I haven’t traveled yet.

yes I have received combo card even I travelled twice internationally with ap smooth entry back to USA but since new ruling bout BIA can't travel on ap anymore just being waiting get approved aos I hope soon

I applied for I485 based on aproved T Visa. waiting since June 2023. receive EAD in Dec 2023 valid til 2029. it's a 40 months waiting. Accordingly to lawyer and website I should receive some news on the following months. I will came back here firts thing to give any news. I know when we see a move even when it's in someone else process we feel better. I hope come back here sooner that I expecting with new news.
