adjudication delay
Has## anyone experienced this with the San Fernando Valley Field Office?
EB-2 NIW, PD September 29, 2023. I filed my I-485 in June 2025.
After a congressional inquiry, SFV said on July 30 that my case was assigned to an officer and should be adjudicated within 30 days. My case was updated internally on August 5, but the 30 days passed without a decision, RFE, or interview.
My congressional office followed up on August 31, but there has been no response yet.
Has anyone had a similar experience? How long after the congressional follow-up did you receive a decision?
