I-751 CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED, Vermont field
10/29/20 Received date
11/15/20 18 moths extension Notice
12/19/20 I left the USA for holidays with my expired green
Card and 18 months extention
02/21/21 I came back to the USA. At that time in the airport I
was told my extension notice was a copy, not
original, I didn’t even pay attention before. Then I
was sent to waiting room by border patrol officer
for further checkout. It took about 15 mins, Officer
asked me where is original notice and I told
them that was what I received in the mail. after
that, They told me to contact USCIS to get the
original one and warned me not to travel until I got it.
02/21/21. the same date, my online status got updated to
biometrics fingerprint reused. I thought this gotta
be something with border officers in The airport
07/18/21. I received RFE ( there was 2 page list of almost
everything : Documents about children, leases,
deeds, mortgages, driver licences,
banks documents, tax papers, utility bills, loan and
credit card statements) affidavit letters, Military
papers if yes, and and plus ANY OTHER RELEVANT
DOCUMENTS NOT ALREADY MENTIONED.
Unbelievable, bcz I already sent everything I got). they wanted us to send all the papers by 10/13/21. I collected a few more
documents and then I was waiting for our life insurance policy from our health ins company( that’s only thing I didn’t send before). But
it took forever to get this hard copy, a month passed while waiting for it, we already forgot about RFE due date . Fortunately, God
helped us, all of the sudden I remembered it, but it was 10/07/21. In 3 days, I collected all my papers I have and sent it to Vermont
10/ 11/21. thru FedEX overnight . 1 day after due day on
10/ 14/21 my online status got updated to RFE received ( thank God, I was so lucky)
11/29/21. New card is being produced
11/30/21. Case has been approved
12/01/21. Card was mailed to me
12/02/21 Card was picked up by USPS and tracking number included
12/04/21. Text message from USPS Delivery attempted - No access to delivery location
12/04/21. Card was delivered to me By the post office!
GOD IS GREAT. Good luck to everybody. #751 #rfe #vermont

approved
hey guys. this app and community has been a great support trough this process. i waited for too long and mande some mistakes on the way, but finally got approved.
Be patient, ask a good lawyer for help a good good lawyer. without a good lawyer immigration process is painful. of course there is people who get there stuff easy and you can say can do it too no big deal I have everything I need, but not always things work the way we want to and expect to. it’s been along journey and it will be more to come in the future.
I highly recommend Hacking Immigration Law, after my lawyer made a mess and was so passive they helped me out.
if you have any questions ask them. don’t stress yourself because it doesn’t help totally the opposite. good luck to everyone 😚

FINALLY APPROVED!!!
I submitted expedite request on 11/18 and called on 12/3 to check the status. the agent said it was assigned on 12/1 for the review. I got the job offer that starts on 12/6. that's the reason for the request but they didnt ask me for any proof. And it was approved today, 12/6!
i have not submitted the expedite request because my lawyer didnt recommend. (frustrated about recently knowing the expedite request system. i found it, not by lawyer) But if anyone who has already job offer, then just try it. If i knew it earlier then I would try it without hesitation.

19 October 2021 - Interview was schedule
30 November 2021 - Interview Day!!! And status change to case is being actively reviewed by USCIS 5 mins after we came out from the place and right away got the RFE for the medical record.
….
I got RFE because my medical record was abit complicated.
I got my medical exam done when I was 38 weeks pregnant, So I couldn’t get some vaccine, I only got TDAP. But the day that the Doctor sign was after I gave birth to the baby.
So after checking the baby birth date and the day doctor signed the medical, it looked like I got the medical exam done after giving birth. So I should be able to get a vaccine. (But may be it was also the Dr. fault that he did not note that I was pregnant at the time the medical exam was taken. May be if he noted that down It will be accepted)
However, we just have to wait for the RFE mail and get the vaccine and send it back to them 🙂. The officer said he will be waiting for our medical record and approve our case as there’s no issue with it, and we should be getting a card and SSN within 3-4 weeks.
…
Interview part
Our appointment was at 09.00. We reached there at 8.45. And was waiting in the line to checked in. There was many people infront of us and many more in the waiting room. We got called to go in at 9.30. We went with our month old baby 🙂.
The officer was very nice, polite and friendly. First thing we did after got inside the room was to swear that we will say the truth. Then he asked the petitioner for his prove of USC (my husband gave him the passport)
He then looked at my passport and the immigration stamp and asked when did I arrive here? Did I ever leave the States at all after arriving here? And did I ever used the C1/D visa to enter USA (I am a former flight attendants) So I said yes. I have entered States many times before with C1/D visa.
Then he asked for the baby birth certificate and my husband divorce decree. And updated our baby in the system.
Then he asked me a yes/no questions and asked me to sign 2 forms.
Then he started asking my husband about our relationship like
1. How did we met? (We matched on Tinder in Kuwait 2 years ago. We both worked in Kuwait)
2. When did we first met? (1 week after talking on Tinder)
And he starts looking at our photos. We showed him countries we have travelled together, photos of him with my family, photo of me with his family, our engagement party photos, photo with our baby. We brought 45 photos, no chats (cuz its so cheesy 🤣🤣)
He looked at all of it and said that he will take only 2 of the important moment photos which was engagement day and photo with our baby at the hospital.
At the end he said that he wont be asking lots of questions because we have baby together and thats say it all and that he will approve the case after receiving our medical record.
He also asked if I want to change my last name to my husband last name instead, and ofcourse I said yes. I actually wanted to change my first name too 😂😂 (my name is super long and …. You know it 🤣🤣🤣) but he suggested that I change when I applied for Citizenship instead its gonna be easier for me (didnt really understand why but ok 🤣🤣🤣)
So that was our journey 🙂. I got alot of helps from this group. Everytime I feel insecure and scared I keep coming back here and read the review from other people and I know everything gonna be alright. Im not the only one facing this problem etc. Whenever I have questions I would try to talk to the live agent through emma first. If she couldnt give me an answer, the old post on this group really helps alot
By the way, sometimes the live agent info is not really up to date. So if you dont feel right. Try to connect to another one.
My case was I already received the interview notice in Ft.Lauderdale center (after I changed my address from Miami). But because I also got the cancelled notice on the same day with the interview notice 😑😑. So i wasnt sure if its schedule or cancelled.
So I talked to live agent. But from her information. She still have my interview notice in Miami 😑😑😑. I told her that I already changed address to Ft.Lauderdale and also got mail here, I dont think we have anything to do in Miami anymore, then she said “ok, stick to the mail you got”
😑😑😑😑😑 which doesnt really help, plus she made me even more confused 🤣🤣🤣 but I just decided to go anyway because in my uscis account it still say interview was schedule 😝.
…
So anyway. Good luck allll. Wish you all the best.
