R1 Visa Transfer
few days ago my friend got approved for R1 visa, he wanna change the employer, and transfer to other religious organization,
How can he do that?, What is the processing time for the transfer?

Hi, congratulations on your friends approval, meanwhile R1 is very tricky unlike other working class visas. If you wish to change employers on R-1 visa, the new organization who wants to employ you will have to file a new Form I-129, along with all the supporting documents, and have it approved. And the processing time is same and the one that was approved
