over the last few weeks I have seem so many different tactics people used to get their case approved quicker. sone filed I129F, others kept uploading evidence on their USCIS account, sone even sent letters, ask for the expedition, contacted congressman.

those tactics has caused many people to get their I130 approved in a very short timeframe

to My knowledge the president didnt talking about all cases from 2019-2020 when he mention executive order to reduce the wait time it was only apply for those who file in 2021 it couldnt be for everone else many of us wouldnt be still stuck here with our cases from 2019-2020, Even some 2018 as well can u imagine what we are gojng thru

My spouse Even try to expedite it he went to the congress like i said the executive order didnt apply for the outstanding cases we remain on the two years wait listo BT i don't think it fair for other jump from behind to the front tis is the world we are living in first come last serve

so sorry you are experiencing this situation but to be honest those who are getting approved this year is not at fault for what USCIS is doing in regards to their case file.

I was told California is the slowest service center so I will always remain confused as to shy so many cases are being transferred there

i know it not any of u fault ivam upset with the system they are the ones letting them thru SO don't think i AM bleming u it hurt us who are feeling it seeing it with our eyes they left US out put US for last only God can heal our wound it hurt to be away from your partner two years and more worst we living in two different country and it expensive to travel to and fro SO please understand our concern as well

I mean I have not been waiting as long as you have but trust me I know the pain you are feeling. my husband is in Nigeria and trust me it is not cheap to go there as much and I and my daughters miss him like crazy and it is sad in general overall to even have to go through a process like this just to be with our loved ones

my case is being actively reviewed which was filed on may 11, 2021 online. it showed california service center. i m so worried.

No need foe us to worry, just to be optimistic and patient

I'm also in Nigeria my center is California service center I filled on June 4th hope I get update soon iv been waiting and trying for 3 years now sadly

Nigeria here too we filed August 20 activity reviewed September 22 Texas transfer to California Still waiting I know my turn will surely come. 🙏🙏
