what a sense of relief! May 11 PD, i-765 approved today!!
Been off work since June, with first 12 weeks mat leave and then since September, I've been anxiously wondering when my permit was coming in. In late October I finally reached out to my Congressman and worked over the last month to expedite with them and directly with USCIS / Emma. Got a call today from the Congressmans office that my case moved to the top of the pile and a few hours later, got the "Card is being Produced" alert on my phone. Tears of joy! It's been wonderful to have so much extra time with my newborn, but I hated draining the savings account too. God is good! All week last week and this week I just kept telling myself, it's happening this week, it's happening, you're getting that notice any moment! Best of luck to you that are still waiting, because it is so hard! It will feel so good when it finally happens, just hang in there! (NBC)

I-751 CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED, Vermont field 10/29/20 Received date 11/15/20 18 moths extension Notice 12/19/20 I left the USA for holidays with my expired green Card and 18 months extention 02/21/21 I came back to the USA. At that time in the airport I was told my extension notice was a copy, not original, I didn’t even pay attention before. Then I was sent to waiting room by border patrol officer for further checkout. It took about 15 mins, Officer asked me where is original notice and I told them that was what I received in the mail. after that, They told me to contact USCIS to get the original one and warned me not to travel until I got it. 02/21/21. the same date, my online status got updated to biometrics fingerprint reused. I thought this gotta be something with border officers in The airport 07/18/21. I received RFE ( there was 2 page list of almost everything : Documents about children, leases, deeds, mortgages, driver licences, banks documents, tax papers, utility bills, loan and credit card statements) affidavit letters, Military papers if yes, and and plus ANY OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTS NOT ALREADY MENTIONED. Unbelievable, bcz I already sent everything I got). they wanted us to send all the papers by 10/13/21. I collected a few more documents and then I was waiting for our life insurance policy from our health ins company( that’s only thing I didn’t send before). But it took forever to get this hard copy, a month passed while waiting for it, we already forgot about RFE due date . Fortunately, God helped us, all of the sudden I remembered it, but it was 10/07/21. In 3 days, I collected all my papers I have and sent it to Vermont 10/ 11/21. thru FedEX overnight . 1 day after due day on 10/ 14/21 my online status got updated to RFE received ( thank God, I was so lucky) 11/29/21. New card is being produced 11/30/21. Case has been approved 12/01/21. Card was mailed to me 12/02/21 Card was picked up by USPS and tracking number included 12/04/21. Text message from USPS Delivery attempted - No access to delivery location 12/04/21. Card was delivered to me By the post office! GOD IS GREAT. Good luck to everybody. #751 #rfe #vermont
