Congratulations - we concurrently filed in February 2020, I140 approved in September 2020 but nothing since - hoping for some action soon.

Did you have to do an interview? We have not been asked for medicals yet either.
Khaled S.Dec 8, 2021
Congrats, i almost submitted my AOS on the same time but my PD is 2 years earlier.
Did you submit the medical forms along with the AOS?
Also, i would like to know what did you ask Emma about since there are no delays.
Peru VodduDec 8, 2021
No interview. I filed my medicals along with AOS.
Peru VodduDec 8, 2021
I just used to ask about my case post-BM's to understand its location.

Did you get the notice letter of transfer to field office? I heard that NBC can directly approve the case without transferring to field office, and I'm curious if my application will need to be transferred to field office as well.
Peru VodduDec 8, 2021
You would get a letter if it changed the service center. NBC is just a centralized center, and it has FO’s reporting to itself. San Antonio is a FO under NBC, which verified the file and provided approval to NBC, which eventually will approve your file. This is applicable only with NBC.

Thank you very much for your response!
Peru VodduDec 8, 2021
No problem. Any questions I can answer will definitely respond.

Hi Peru, when did you submit your medicals in Dec 2020? I thought they were only valid for 6 months or did you need to do something else.
RS GCDec 8, 2021
@peru voddu - Congrats. That was fast. I have similar timeline like yours. Did you expedite? How did you use Ask Emma to find out that the case was transfered to FO?When I try, its asking to file an inquiry only if its outside normal processing time.

No I did not expedite my i485 but I did for i131, and the status of that still shows “Expedite request received”.
Peru VodduDec 9, 2021
I'm not sure why they are asking you to file an inquiry. One week after I gave my BM on 10/29 I asked Emma agent if the BM’s are applied to my case. On 11/15 they mentioned my file is with San Antonio FO, and I need to follow their timeline.
RS GCDec 9, 2021
Thanks. How did you contact them? you mention that on 11/15 they mentioned that your file has moved to FO. Did you contact them again to obtain the information?
Peru VodduDec 9, 2021
Through Emma chat agent
RS GCDec 9, 2021
interesting. isnt it a chat bot?
Peru VodduDec 9, 2021
it is but you can chat with an agent.
W HDec 12, 2021
is your GC approved or EAD/AP approved
Peru VodduDec 13, 2021
GC.
W HDec 13, 2021
Thats great. How long did they take you to get your receipts for I 140?
Peru VodduDec 13, 2021
Receipts timeline keeps varying by the busy schedule of USCIS. I submitted my i140 on 7th Dec 2020, and during that time, USCIS was piled up by downgrade applications. I got my receipts in March 2021.
Peru VodduDec 13, 2021
You can always check with Emma agent on the receipt number by providing your details. if it is entered in the system they will be providing it.
