awesome! what’s your field office?
Max AlvesDec 4, 2021
my field office was Orlando . but I originally estarted the processo at North Carolina and change to Orlando .
basically it was the easiest interview ever under 10 minutes. when he called my number he asked if i had the i-130 letter approved. so I said yes. then he said that my wife didn't need to get in once the I-130 had been approved. ( my wife is American ) then he took me to the office and asked why i had come from north carolina to Orlando. Then he asked which visa I was on and if I was still studying .F1. (I said that a stopped because I was already practicing English with my wife and thought it was better to save that money for our life together.) he said ok. then he asked if I had been married other times. (I said no) if I had children (I said no) he asked if I was working (I said yes) I had already received EAD. he asked when i started is the job and what the name of the company. after he asked the yes and no questions . then he asked for the medical exams. he checked and said that everything was fine and that he would approve me on the spot. he said that my green card supposed to arrive after 1 month or two . but in 1 week was in my mailbox.
PS. this immigration officer he is a short spanish and a little chubby. he was the same one who did interviews with other friends of mine and they all say he was similarly quick and all to the point. he doesn’t waste time . and is very pleasant.
