I filed for VAWA on June 17 2024 , and got notification for transfer of my I 485 on 7th November 2024 from nabraska to NBC , my question is will this affect the date of approval for my EAD & AP ? is timeline starting afresh , I’m worried , I saw a lot of people getting approved so fast now pls share ur tot on this . thanks

I got email from USCIS that they are doing inquiry within 10 days
but no response
vermont service center congressman also force them to expedite our case it's medical emergency

hello guys, I have a question about I-485
I didn’t attend interview. I mean they didn’t schedule any interview but on uscis website when I click my progress time it showed interview step is completed. what does it mean ? Does it mean interview is waved ? Is there anyone the same as me ? please share you experience.

Hi guys , Anyone with similar case… I’m about to file for my N400 but i once have DWI but i’m done with the 12 months probation and other stuff.But the case is still on my background until 2026 before it would be clear off automatically.. I want to know if i can go ahead with my N400 application and hope this won’t affect my approval

RFE MEDICAL
USCIS didn't update my information on my case, my lawyer received an RFE for medical and he send me the copies, i told me i didnt see any update on uscis webside . so make sure you sre calling your attorney just in case it happen to anyone. ( i only have the update up "case is ready to be scheduled)
