After over 11 long years, my case has finally been approved. I won’t lie—there were days when the weight of uncertainty nearly crushed my spirit, yet I pushed on, refusing to let it steal my life. Today, I am overwhelmed with gratitude to God for this breakthrough. My journey began as a marriage-based case, and after facing a final denial in 2021, I found the courage to start my VAWA claim in August of that same year. Now, with my case approved, I feel an indescribable mix of relief, joy, and hope for a future that finally feels just and full of promise.
