I did uscis enquiry but I didn’t get response. I filled with a lawyer he told me to wait. last week I submitted a congressman enquiry waiting for the reply.

I’ve already paid the full fee. I’m not sure if switching lawyers would require me to pay the new lawyer as well. This issue seems to stem from USCIS, and I’m uncertain how changing lawyers would resolve the situation.
I do agree with you that this lawyer is very irresponsible—he’s not answering calls or providing proper responses. We’re really struggling here, and it’s frustrating. What should we do?
