Today i got approval notice in my documents tab. but they are asking me for fill I-485 form . May i know how long its take to forward case to NVC (Approval comes from California center)

If the beneficiary decides to apply for an immigrant visa through consular processing outside the United States based on this petition, you should file Form 1-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition with fee, to ask USCIS to send the petition to the U.S. Department of State National Visa Center (NVC) for consular processing. Please refer to the Form 1-824 filing instructions at uscis.gov.

Ok, since you're in your country and intending to immigrate to the USA, you now need to file i-824 so that USCIS sends your petition to NVC. NVC will contact you by email, you will need to the pay the fees in order continue the process with them. you will file online DS-160 and submit all the documentation online.
Once they verify all your documents you will DQ and finally NVC will schedule your visa interview at the embassy in the country you are in.
