@Prince Super yes, I sended vawa packet in June 2023, received the Prima Facie in 2024

I submitted everything together. I submitted in September 2020 and vawa was approved in June 2023. i485 approved in July 2024. no interview

I got my prima facie after 6 months and 2 weeks.

mine took 16 months

@Prince Super yes it was fast but I don’t think that means faster approval though… I would hope so but doubt it

@Tom Hank’s Hans Thanks for sharing. don’t know why but I saw some people got theirs in two months not sure if it’s common and some never get one even

@Prince Super Some get prima facie and some not. But if they require evidences they would ask for it before they decide. the case
