I was asked for RFE.
was asked for RFE (evidence) for my I-485. Does this effect my I-765 and I-131 processing times? Do they hold processing for those before the evidence has been provided?#

Medical Examination response RFE
I responded to an RFE for medical exams, because the ones I sent with my initial package in 2022 expired and USCIS asked me to take new exams, which were received on December 2. USCIS notified me that they were received that same day and then 5 days later last Saturday, December 7, my case was updated to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS but it's been 1 week and still nothing. I had no hope of being approved soon since it was only my medical exams and I have already been waiting for 33 months. I have had a long process. B1/B2 married to the US citizen when should I wait? I just hope that this does not take months and months just to review the medical exams
Do you think you could have my approval before the end of the year?

I-485/I-130 application (EAD produced)
Getting the EAD was pretty fast for me after submitting I-485. I had one set back because I never realized that you now need to pay for your EAD and that fee is no longer included in the I-485 so they sent back the employment application to me and asked me to resubmit with the check and it was quickly accepted back by USCIS and expeditiously filed. Currently seeking civilian employment until I get my green card so I can join the military. AF✈️✈️here I come.

I got approved at exactly 6 months of Filing. I was sooo worried when I see other time people who posted and how long it has taken them, I get sooo scared because , I left college and had no valid documentation and couldn’t work too, so i was just home and praying and it happened without interview too. so grateful to God!! sharing this because I want someone and anyone who is/was stressing like me that it definitely will be fine. File all the paper work together with enough Evidence and wait and pray and God will answer us all.

repaired advance parole
Hi,
I have been holding an Advance Parole document. Recently, some parts of the document became torn, and I have completely repaired it with glue. However, the document remains fully legible, including my photo, the stamped section, and all other information.
I need to travel to my home country. Does anyone have any idea if I am good to travel and re-enter the US with this document?
