2 year waiver approved after 3+ years!!!
This is for my wife’s case. it took over three years to be approved, but we are so happy. We have since applied for her marriage based green card. I felt I needed to share this because there are so little information about those filing and I-612. it probably would’ve taken closer to 2 1/2 years, but our lawyer had forgotten to submit an additional form that was requested.

No greencard after 8 months of interview
My son and I had interview on 22nd April 2024. After interview my son and I got letter we can hear back in 120 Days. I received greencard in May but my son doesn't. Till date I don't get any answer on case. I wrote letter two times. In Nov we inquired through congressman but didn't hear back on case.
any thoughts?

I filed for my daughter's green card and we are facing a dilemma
she also got accepted in college
She is outside of the USA
in order to go to college either her green card has to be approved or get a student visa
has anyone been in a similar situation or what's the right move
