were you nervous about your case? Did your lawyer say it was a strong case?

@Joseph Climber - I was pretty nervous. in fact they were not willing to apply at first and had to get higher management involved to even make my case. Glad I got approved. If it helps, I’m also a functional manager with no direct reportees, only indirect dreporteres
