i485J for Nurse
Hi i have a question about my i485J. I’m planning to apply for a 485J as a nurse and I have a question. I really wanna know if my new employer(hospital) have to meet any requirements in order for me to file for 485J. Or as long as they are willing to sign my 485J and then it is the same job type that my old employer sponsor me with then it is OK thank you

it is ok. as long as you get confirmation from the new employer they will sign the 485J that is ok . they must sign it . also you can pay for the lawyer fees if they are not willing so that’s also ok .
but please get a lawyer opinion on this - I am sharing second hand information
