@Alan yan did u submitted medical when u applied for the first time 2021 ? i would like to know im waiting rfe i did submitted everything with medical 2021 and my vawa was approved last year september waitingot i485 not sure if they will request another medical.

@Kaya don if you did submit medicals around 2021 then there is a likely chance that it might have expired and you will have to redo it again because it’s already 4 years. But that’s me assuming, you can be lucky and they won’t ask. just try to prepare your mind in case you get such letter so you can do the needful on time.

I sent my medicals 40 days ago. Vawa approved on 6/29/24, RFE for medicals in December and still nothing. married to resident. that’s why they are taking so long.

im on the same situation they received my RFE medicals on oct and not more updates

I'm June 2021, vawa approved sept 2024, no reference for medical report yet.

same here vawa approved May 2024 rfe for medical ( i485 ) received 21 August 2024 October 2 2024 it changed on the app ' case was updated to show fingerprints were taken' and still waiting btw i filed i360 and 485 October 2019
