package was sent no response as to if it was received

I sent my package to uscis it was delivered the following day it’s almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from uscis if they received it or not it’s and appeal to reopen my case n the deadline is in a few days.. should I be worried

I applied for green card when my prior date was current, 2.5 years ago, then all dates changed, but my I-145 was processed, and the case was remains pending, so last year, i ask my lawyer if i can apply for a I-131 because my EAD category is C09, so last april i applied, my question is someone here did the same, and get an approval on your advance parole? 🙏🏽

I’m not sure why they would offer this to us—is it a general message sent to everyone? If you’re married with two kids and want to sponsor both of your parents, the required income is less than $60K, correct?

I think I am one of the unlucky ones where my case is getting ignored but some newer cases are getting checked and get updates. cases like mine usually gets approve no later than 9months, some people i know filed their cases later than I did but they got to hear good news already. My case is not complicated, I’m just getting so tired, I never seen my family for 8 years.

I submitted my petition to the Texas Service Center in July 2024. Despite awaiting a decision for nearly seven months, my case remains "actively reviewing." Notably, I have observed that applicants who submitted their petitions after mine have received responses, even without Premium Processing. I would appreciate clarification on whether this is typical and how long it'll further take.

Hi everyone, I recently filed an I-290B Motion to Reopen after my I-130 was denied because I mistakenly filled out my own information on the I-130A instead of my wife’s. • The original denial came from Nebraska Service Center (NSC) • I sent my I-290B to Tempe, AZ • I received my receipt notice from the National Benefits Center (NBC) I’m wondering: 1.
