hello everyone! i m still waiting for the working permit. The case is on Vermont Service Center.Last time they asked for my I-94 therefore i sent it to them. On the 31 th of Jan they received that they posted on the system.Is anyone having the same situation?Any idea or any recommendations about that case?

Approved Work permit
I submitted my 1-485 along with work authorization and my work permit was approved in less than a month.
my I-485 is saying 17 months still. just curious if anyone else experienced this before?

My wife and I filed June 2024. She went to biometrics appointment. We received request for RFE sent back info requested. they received it on Oct. 7, 2024. they approved parole travel document.
my wife’s X husband and her 2 kids. filed after us. they have all been approved and got their Green Cards.

Confusing response from USCIS
Below is the response that attorney received for the service request.
The status of this service request is:
"Recently, you contacted us to update your priority date. Your priority date, 4/10/2020, is the priority date we have on file.
The priority date 7/23/2024, on the I-485 notice reflects the date we received your Form I-485 application and is used to establish date order for processing.
Once your priority date is current and an immigrant number becomes available to you, USCIS will resume processing your application. Applications will be worked in the order in which it was received. Your priority date can be found on Form I-797, Notice of Action, for the petition filed for you."
What does this mean - my PD is 4/10/2020 or 7/23/2024? As per current bulletin, 4/10/2020 is always current. Anyone else has similar experience?

Soy venezolana, llegue en el 2019 por frontera pedí Asilo y me dieron un papel de parole pero con pago de fianza, según mi abogado esto aplicaba como un ingreso legal. Metí mis papeles de petición familiar en 29 marzo de 2024, el 25 de junio llego mi permiso de trabajo por la i485.
Metí i130, i765 y i485 (todas las evidencias fueron enviadas juntas affidavit de patrocinador, fotos y examen médico) a 326 días siento frustración a no tener respuesta alguna. Quien tiene una situación similar?

Esto es triste. A casi poco de cumplir un año de espera!!! Tuve un parole con pago de fianza y mi abogado dijo que esto servía como ingreso legal porque llegue por frontera pidiendo Asilo. Quien en mi misma situación? Llegue en el 2019 y me case en el 2023.

It's been two weeks since my ead was mailed and I haven't received it. I submitted case inquiry with usps and they say case was resolved, so that's a dead end. I'm unable to submit e-request with uscis because its blocking me out. My lawyer says we give it 5 more days. I don't know what to do next ???? 😕 Any input is appreciated
Medical Rfe responded.
They received my medical RFE today at the feild office in mount laurel, NJ. I mailed it through Fedex overnight. When will i get an update, that they have received it? Also, after they sent me an RFE for medical, they approved my I-130 on Feb 11 2025. I wonder if they can approve my I-485 by the end of this month. Fingers crossed 🤞

Traveling on Advance Parole (Update)
Hi guys,
It’s been a minute.
I am still waiting on USCIS to respond to my RFE with an approval 🙏🏾 (Please pray for me)
So, as some of you know I’ve travelled last year with my combo card.
Went to Canada for a couple of weeks and came back no issues, no questions asked, nothing.
2 weeks later, went to France, and came back no issues, no questions asked at the secondary inspection.
On Friday, I Traveled to Canada again, came back Yesterday and still smooth process.
No issues, no questions asked. 3-4’ wait time at the secondary inspection and I was on my way home.
So I’m not here to encourage you to travel if you don’t want to but to tell you not to be afraid.
Euh and plus I have a speeding ticket of literally $400 😂

Question: I just found out that I didn’t include our life insurance and Costco membership as evidence. Should I upload them online? My case is already being reviewed. Or would doing so delay the process, and should I just wait to see if they request more or bring them to the interview?
