In my opinion it shouldn't take that long since the I-130 is approve, it coming soon..

I didn’t get a lot of question the best option is bring a lot of evidence to get your i130 approved same address on state id or drivers license lease life insurance joint bank statement etc

just asked me my date of birth where did we meet what date did I propose my address where was I living first etc that’s all check my documents the system accepted it an she said it would be approved

I file my i130 & my i485 from in the us

just check my mailbox an see my i-130 approval letter in the mail

@ Elizabeth Fulham hey, when was your 130 approved? Mine (130) was approved last year August, but still no update for 485 since August 2024. I don’t know, what is going there

mines was approved on February 13 2025

@ Elizabeth Fulham we have our i130 approved we have 2 kids together and a lot of evidences was send .just we will have interview for i485.i see a lot of people have this lately and they interview ony benificiant
