i am still waiting for my parents i applied 2023 September no update yet

I’m still waiting for my kids to be approved as well. There priority date is April 2023. 😔

@Tan Tan Honestly I don’t know what to say at this point. I respect @uscis for their hard work but I do think they can do better for the people.

when did you respond to the RFE?

@Tan Tan Weird! on your timeline the last case status shows an RFE was given.

@Tan Tan I was asking btw because I had the exact same priority date for an IR-2 and the exact same service centre! We also got an RFE but got it on 31st January. We responded to the RFE the same day and got approved on 3rd Feb.

@Shagufta T After they send the Rfe 2 hours after that they canceled it I am going to call them today

@Tan Tan yeah call them or chat with an emma agent online. Make sure 100% you are not waiting on some RFE to be responded to, as now you've surpassed the normal waiting time.
