You may try, can try as pro se. Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" many people got helped from there.

mine is 3220 days, also says Miami office even though I moved to New York in 2017 and changed my address with USCIS.

@Sabina S oh my goodness that’s a long time waiting for an interview. I’m going to speak to a lawyer about filing a lawsuit.
