Justamente hoy recibimos la aprobación de esta petición de un cliente nos tomó alrededor de solamente de 1 mes en lograr su aprobación tomamos su caso en Diciembre 13 del 2024 y ya hoy recibimos su recibo de aprobación!!!! Dios ha sido bueno nos siguen llegando las aprobaciones!!!

Wait time after RFE response in non-premium processing
Hey everyone,
I wanted to ask those waiting for a decision after submitting their RFE response in non-premium processing: How long has it taken you recently to get a decision after submitting your response, or how long have you been waiting so far?
My case was reopened 68 days ago after an incorrect denial, and I’ve been waiting since then for TSC to review my RFE response, which was submitted on September 4th.
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences—thank you!
my husband petitioned for me and my 2 kids in 2022 , I’m in the us, my kids were back in Jamaica, my daughter was approved and she is now living here in us, but my son he is the small
I don’t know why it’s taking so long for them to approve for my, the lost time we got a update was November 22’2023 till now nothing
