it’s been 8 months since they received mine

it's been 3 months since I replied. nothing yet (NBC)

after submitting my RFE I got a response that they have received it and they are working on my case within 10 days of submitting

can you guys please enlighten me on what ducument they ask for the RFE

@P Kay depends on your case. mine is marriage-based basically all evidence to show and prove a bonifide marriages ( joint lease mortgage marriage certificate divorce certificate of previously married pictures calls life insurance showing each other as beneficiaries joint bank cards etc
