I have been approved without an RFE, and also living outside the US, when my husband file, he submitted wedding of us & vocation photos and our marriage certificate

you have to upload evidences when submitting the I 130 petition, or else they will issue a RFE to ask for evidence to your marriage

Thank you,I submitted marriage certificate and photo with the application ,I have seen people saying to upload additional documents to avoid extra time with RFE ,so added flight visit ticket and money transfer receipt now I am worried if it was necessary to upload it on the account🙆‍♀️

@Soso M your welcome, everyone case is different. And some people don’t get RFE, my husband only upload wedding photos & vacay photos of us & the marriage certificate & that’s it. Just pray about it, they are not gonna denied u that easily, if they want more evidences they will ask, my opinion I would wait and see if they gonna issue an RFE first, but I saw pple saying they upload unsolicited evidence too. Do what your guts tell u!😊
