Has anyone gotten an H1 approval in less than 2/3 months under regular processing at Vermont center?
Its been a month since we filed H1, H4 and H4 EAD. I'm wondering if I should upgrade to premium or just wait if approvals are coming through fairly soon this time around. We need the approvals before March 2025. Has anyone gotten an H1 approval in less than 2/3 months under regular processing at Vermont center?

Hi Anyone happen like me.?
USCIS send me RFE (medical) then I immediately responded after 1 week online showing they received my RFE response and USCIS reviewing it . after 60 days I submit a inquiry then after 1 week today they send me email they didn’t receive my RFE response so what I have to do right now if anyone know please help me ….!

Hello everyone
My family member applied for Eb3 back in 2022 June as a counselor applicant. His Labor and I-140 were approved a while ago and also currently documents qualified. Today his lawyer informed him that employer doesn't want to continue the process. what are the options available for him? other than just filing everything from start?
