case approved after contacting state senator
although it is the time 09233 series is getting decision. I requested senator to contact uscis for the processing delays. in two weeks of her inquiry, status updated to approved. i don’t know if her inquiry made any impact or it was normal processing.

@green card It depends on the block number you are placed, for IOE cases (electronic ones) at Nebraska Service Center we are predicting currently they are working on block numbers around 09233 (early December). For example mine starts with IOE - block number 09235 being my PD Dec 13th, 2023.. so I assume my case will be adjucticated soon… but they are just assumptions though

@Duc Hoang you can google who is the senator of the state you live in and then go to their website. the senator’s web should have a section about contacting them and then the prompt direct you what to do next. meaning it asks reason of contact etc.
yes, only the state residents can request it. if you have a relative in the USA, they can also ask on your behalf from their state senator/congressmen.

@J FG as it was an online form to fill so I couldn’t recall the actual wording that I wrote. But it was a short message 3-4 sentence telling my case is out of processing times and I would appreciate assistance in inquiring USCIS about the case status. Also the form itself will be specifically for this purpose so it will have all the required tabs about receipt number etc.
