Expedite Request Question
Hi, if anyone can please provide some insight on this, if you have any experience on this. I have an expedite request that I want to submit to USCIS. I wanna know how I can and what would I need to provide to not have it declined, please. I would really appreciate any guidance and advice on this.
360 approved and I485 Denied
Hi Folks,
I recently received a notive stating my I485 denied(waiting on receipt) after submitting medical and I601(which is currently in process) even when my i360 was approved last year. Has anyone here had the same experience? Also how should i move forward, any suggestions or experiences appreciated. will my i360 work permit still stay active or will it be affected as well?

its been 3 months since uscis received my medicals , still no decision , no interview date , my lawyer says i have to wait 6 months to make an inquiry is that correct ??? …… ya han pasado 3 meses desde que uscis recivio mis examenes medicos y todavia no me dan respuesta ni fecha de entrevista :( mi abogado dice que tengo que esperar al menos 6 meses para someter un inquiry , es eso cierto ??
