hello guys my RFE medical for I-485 delivered and pick up one week ago but still not get response from uscis ! still showing RFE request and it’s they send me RFE on nov 19th it’s one month now ! please let me know how long it’s take to get response from uscis

Hello Everyone, I am a Greencard holder. I applied for my wife and submitted I-131 form back in January 2023 and just received RFE last month and I responded to that RFE and the case has just approved in December 2024. she does not live in the US and the case has been sent to department of state.
does anyone know what would be the next step?

EAD Renewal Address
Hi everyone!
I want to renew my EAD combo but the messaging on the USCIS website on the right address to mail forms to is confusing.
I currently have a C9 category EAD. I got my EAD through VAWA and a pending I-485.
On USCIS website, I saw an address, however it states:
“c9 - pending Form i485 based on an approved form i360 as a battered spouse/child/parent”
- that confuses me as I do not have an approved I360 yet.
Has anyone filed a renewal successfully in my condition? What address did you use?
For people that may say - go and seek a legal practitioner, I didn’t put this here to seek legal advise but rather hear from people’s experiences.

Hi everyone,
Please help me out. My I131 got denied because my asylum case was in immigration court (removal proceedings). I had 2 attorneys. One for my asylum who did apply for my termination of asylum(court and DHS-joint motion) based on my Prima Facie and Pending I360. Another Attorney who applied my I360, says that I have to apply Prosecutional Discretion PD. Only then I will be eligible for applying I131 in the future. He says termination of asylum wouldn’t work. I am very confused and worried.
