hello, anyone here from 2020 ? I filed Dec 2020, no decision yet, anyone on the same boat ?
Yesterday 5/15/25 I was sent a request for evidence, once I get it I’ll update what it is asking .

wow. I feel for all the 2020 and before people still waiting. I’m from September 2020 and my vawa got approved in 2023. i485 approved in 2024 one year later

Ya'll are out of date! why haven't asked for an inquiry? Get with your congressman/woman to see what's going on, you guys passed the 42 months range already!

@Rosa Alme search who is your congressman/woman in your area and in their web page you should search for immigration service, you send them an Email explaining your situation, which is out of date inquiry, and what they do is they connect directly with USCIS and they can either tell you what's going on or they can expedite your case. If they don't respond the email, try calling them.
