Good morning VAWA family, please help me!! VAWA approved but I-485 pending

My VAWA was approved on August 2024 (filed on April 2021) and I haven’t heard anything from USCIS since then. I reached out to them a few times trying to expedite my case and no success. I’ve found out that my case was transferred from Vermont to NBC. I am in a big rush to get the green card so I can file to my son’s documents to come in the United States. we’ve been living apart for more than 4 years now 😢 Does anyone know any other way that I can get my son here? either applying for an emergency advance parole or anything that I could get before I get my green card? Also, I already got my medicals done, but I am scared of sending to the wrong place and they ask me to redo them. it’s so hard and I didn’t want my son starting another year at school in my home country where he is. thank you so much 😔

Hey famz, I got a new combo renewal card I filled in May and it’s written terms and conditions-None. Serves as 1—512 Advanced Parole, someone please explain more to see if it’s what I’m thinking 🤔 And my vawa is yet to be approved kind of scared to travel, please your candid advise from experience people. thank y’all!

PD 10/25/23 marriage based AOS already in the US and according to emma my case was entered into queue to schedule for interview on August 2nd of this year in san jose FO. anyone know about how long its taking to schedule green card interviews??
