I think it’s because though they accept applications from 150th day you still have to wait until day 180 for application processing to start. and Atleast wait 30 days or more after processing begins for approval.

hey we are in the same boat here. have you considered filling the rosario class action cause you waiting period or time frame already exceed 30 days. Do that and gave them a call too it will speed up the process

@Wisterley Fenelon hey buddy. sorry about the delay response. wait lemme you help u out I recently did mine cause I’ve been waiting fir 3month and half no action was taken on my case. so you are going to first do an inquiry and you will be given an inquiry confirmation id and then you email this email: tsc.classaction@uscis.dhs.gov and you write this email: asylumEAD@nwirp.org at the CC: line and the subject gonna be Rosario Class Action. then u write your full name and you write the service request number you have been given from the inquiry and you write your I-765 receipt number and lastly your write the full date of the submission of your I-765 application then you send it

@Maria Daniel well unfortunately it has not been approved yet but the good news is, it has been updated yesterday that mean an officer has view or reviewing it. mind you the last update was 30/12/2024 and all this while it’s been sitting there. But after the Rosario class action and the inquiry

it was updated but I calling in today to keep pressing them

@Mar say sorry to ask but did you heard that people that came here on CHNV their other application are being delayed? the parolees because if that’s the case maybe that’s why mine is taking so long. I am so confused about all that.

@ Maria don’t stress out too much okay. just make sure u do an inquiry then u will be given a referral id then u use that referral id to submit the rosario class action so they will look into your case and make a decision faster. And also don’t watch the news too much it’s stressful and I pray for the both of us to get through this tuff times. fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞🤞

hi everyone I just wanted to give you some hope. I applied on the 02/19 for the initial EAD and was going crazy after 30 days passed. Because all of the inquiries I did weren't helping I reached out to my senator and honestly I'm convinced that that helped because I just got approved today after 45 days!!! Don't lose hope and definitely try to contact you're senators or congressman.

Google who is the Senator in youre state and on their website you will find instructions on how to email them if you have an issue with the federal agencie (USCIS) and after you email them call them the next day if you don't get a response and talk to on of the senator officers.
